Patrick C. Gagnon is a former Canadian Member of Parliament and Managing Partner of PARLGROUP, a consultancy specializing in government relations. While in office, he served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Solicitor General of Canada, with responsibilities overseeing the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He now advises companies and investors on defence procurement, foreign investments, and navigating Canada's regulatory and political landscape.

Patrick holds a degree of political science from McGill University and studied literature and international politics at the Sorbonne.

Jared, a 30-year Wall Street veteran, is a Private Equity specialist focused on industrial partnership investments and acquisition opportunities across North America. Jared heads a North American acquisitions team reporting to a New York and London-based investor clientele.

Jared graduated from The Johns Hopkins University and holds an MBA from The Wharton School.

With over four decades of experience in complex commercial and constitutional litigation, arbitration, and international law, Simon, a past President of the Canadian Bar Association, has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of Canadian and Quebec courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Simon is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the McGill University Faculty of Law.
